FAQs
I really like running, my spin class or doing yoga. Can I still do this if I work with you?
Of course! My philosophy is that movement should be FUN. I’ll work with you to incorporate a healthy balance of strength, cardio and stretching into your routine.
How long will the sessions take?
If you opt for Primed or Pro then you tell me and I will work with your schedule. Around 45-60 minutes is ideal, 3-4 times a week but I customise the frequency and duration so that it fits easily into your lifestyle.
Do I have to have access to a gym to join The Strength Society?
Nope. Your programme will be customised to the equipment you have access too. Whether that’s a few resistance bands, A step in your garden or a healthy set of DB’s I will take this all into consideration.
Do I need to be an experienced lifter?
Not for Primed or Pro, I will make you one ; ) But we do advise being an intermediate lifter if you opt for the Prep programme.
How long do I have to sign up for?
I get it! Things change and you don’t want to be locked in, that’s why you can cancel at any time, no questions asked.
I have an injury, can I still sign up?
This depends on the injury and the treatment you are receiving but there is often a huge amount that can be done to train around injury. In this case reach out to me so we can chat in more detail.
