First & foremost I am just me, Rhia!

A girl doing the mum juggle, running a business, serving my clients, showing up the best I can each day, with love & patience, because boy the juggle is real!

I wear a lot of hats and have never been a fan of being boxed into the traditional Personal Trainer title.

That might have been where my fitness career started but there's a much more interesting story behind this girl than just squats & sit up's. 

I'm a Trainer, Coach & NLP Practitioner.  Day to day I work with women to help them eat with ease, train with purpose and build a strong resilient mindset so that they can live up to their full potential.
